I received the recipe years ago from a coworker and just recently found it again when I was organizing my recipe files. Is is interesting because one of the ingredients is cornstarch which you do not typically see in cookie recipes. They are frosted with a simple lemon juice and powdered sugar glaze that perfectly complements the cookie.
